- Stripe (card payments) — United States, governed by standard contractual clauses.
- Supabase (database hosting) — European Union.
- Discord / n8n (relaying chat messages to our team) — chat messages pass through these third-party tools.
- No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Order-related data is kept as long as required by legal accounting and tax obligations. Contact data (quotes, chat) is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless earlier deletion is requested.
Cookies and trackers
Lilmou only uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for the site to function:
- a region cookie (adapts currencies and payment methods offered);
- a language cookie;
- a local token (localStorage) to resume your chat conversation across page refreshes;
- a display preference (theme).
No advertising or third-party audience-measurement cookies are used at this time.
Your rights
